Create a Business Owners Board
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ”Creation of a Business Owners Board Act ''.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2 - Responsibilities
(1)Advise Congress on the opinions of Business Owners on the server as an organisation.
(2) discuss ideas and propose them to congress to improve the economy.
(3)Assist and advise new business owners.
(4)Inform Congress and the government on current economic standings and situations.
3 - Roles
1.Chairman of the Board-
An elected representative of the Board that will administer it and moderate meetings making sure all are heard.
This Position is elected monthly and all members of the board have a vote.
Represents the Board as a whole and may be asked to speak on behalf of it.
The Chairman can be removed with a ⅔ Majority of votes in favor of the removal
2.Business Representatives-
A Member of Congress is elected to the Position of Business Representative and the responsibilities include:
(1)Handling Communication between the board and congress.
(2)Staying up to date on all current business affairs so they can best advise Congress.
4-Powers of the Board
(1)The Board controls all internal powers as it is self governing and is supposed to represent the businesses and business owners of the Server. Note:
All Registered Businesses and Their Owners May join the board automatically, The Establishment of the Board will be handled by the Business Representative which will first be elected by Congress.
5-Requirements
(a) The Business Must have a a property/shop (Rented or bought, market stalls included).
(b)The business must be actively trading/operating. (E.g Selling, buying doing contracts)
