Define a way to remove officials for inactivity in the constitution

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Death act”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Bill was penned by representative BubbaRC

2 - Reasoning
there currently is no specified way to remove a government official for inactivity

3 - Amendments
(1) Section I, under " Procedures for the Removal and Replacement of Congress Members " shall be amended to include, "should a congressmember not vote on a single bill, be online in game, originate a bill in the case of a representative, or give the speaker of the house an excuse within a month's time they shall be claimed as dead"
(2) Section II, under " Judges " shall be amended to include, "should a judge not preside over a case, be in game, or vote on the verdict of a supreme court case within a month's time, (they may be excluded from this should there not they shall be claimed as dead"
(3) Section III, under " Role of the Vice President " shall be amended to include, "should the vice president of redmont not be in game, online on the discord, or give the president a valid excuse within a month's time they shall be claimed as dead"
(4) Section VII shall be amended to include, (with death as the header colored blue as with all other key terms,) "Death, should an official be claimed as dead then the senate will go up to vote, should the vote receive a supermajority (with the exception of the individual in question should it be applicable,) they shall be removed from office which is to be announced by the speaker of the house (or the president if redmont if it should be the speaker of the house in question)"

Nay - Systems already exist that achieve the same outcome.
 
This bill has been vetoed and has failed to become law for the following reasons:

Redundant. Judges, Representatives, and Presidents have all been removed through existing processes for inactivity.​
