Keep the roads safe
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This act may be cited as "DIANA Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This bill is authored by Intercepticon
2 - Reasoning
(1) To keep the roads safe
3 - Terms
(1) Careless driving: Driving on the sidewalk or anywhere off the road.
(2) Reckless driving: Driving in a way that endangers drivers or pedestrians or that interferes with the traffic such as; blocking the street by driving too slowly; driving on the wrong side of the road; and or ramming other cars.
(3) The following are merged into: dangerous driving
(4) Dangerous Driving will have the following punishment:
(5) Per Offence: $100 Fine. Revoking of drivers license after 5 offenses
