Decrease the amount of /911 and /emt abuses.

The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:​

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Emergency Abuse Act".
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Bill was authored by Representative Th0re_

2 - Purpose
(1) The purpose of this bill is to make the abuse of the /emt command officially illegal.
(2) The punishments of the law 15.5 will be changed, to not let the abuse of these commands continue as fast, as it is happening at the moment.

3 – Terms
Replace "15.5 - Abusing /911
The frivolous use of the /911 command.
First Offence: $20 Fine
Second Offence: $40 Fine
Third Offence: $60 Fine + 15 Minutes Jail"

With "15.5 - Abusing of /911 or /emt
The unnecessarily and unauthorized use of the /911 or /emt command.
First Offence : $25 Fine
Second Offence : $45 Fine
Third Offence : $65 Fine + 10 Minutes of Jail time"
