Executive Order 14/25 - Executive Transparency and Public Participation
By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby establish regular press conferences from the Government at the Brown House as well as regular events of public participation in the Government. This is meant to increase transparency from the Government and to encourage public participation in the Government.

By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby establish regular press conferences from the Government at the Brown House as well as regular events of public participation in the Government. This is meant to increase transparency from the Government and to encourage public participation in the Government.
Section 1. Press Conferences:
- These Press Conferences shall serve as a means for Government transparency.
- The Government will decide the dates and times of the Press Conference with the input of the news agencies.
- The Government shall hold at least 1 Press Conference every month.
- These Press Conferences shall consist of explaining what has been done until the moment of the conference and what is planned to be done in the days following the conference.
- These Press Conferences will have an opportunity for Press Agencies, both national and international, to ask questions.
- There may also be an opportunity for citizens to ask questions. This will be up to the discretion of the Government.
- The Government may decide not to answer a question.
- A transcript of each Press Conference shall be added to the Cabinet forums.
Section 2. Events of public participation in the Government:
- These events shall serve as a means to encourage public participation in the Government.
- The Government will decide the dates and times of the events.
- The Government shall hold at least 1 Event of public participation in the Government every month.
- The Government is to decide the format of these events, but they shall be a space in which any citizen can raise concerns to be discussed with the Government representative appointed at the event.
- The members of the Government that can be appointed as Government representative at these events are:
- President
- Vice-President
- Chief of Staff
- Secretaries
- The members of the Government that can be appointed as Government representative at these events are:
- The Government shall decide what proposals that might result from these events to take into account.
