Executive Order 16/25 - Presidential Address to Congress
By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby establish regular Presidential Addresses to Congress. Presidential Addresses to Congress shall serve to improve the Legislative branch’s ability to check and balance the Executive branch.

By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby establish regular Presidential Addresses to Congress. Presidential Addresses to Congress shall serve to improve the Legislative branch’s ability to check and balance the Executive branch.
Section 1. Presidential Addresses to Congress
- A Presidential Address to Congress is an important event in which the President presents before Congress what has been done until the address, some evaluations on the matter and what is expected to be done following the address.
- After that, there shall be a debate in the joint chamber on the Executive actions, which may result in a formal resolution to request actions to the Executive, if necessary.
Section 2. Periods and times for the addresses
- An Address to Congress shall be done by the mid-term of each Presidential term. If the President feels fit, there can be monthly Addresses to Congress.
- The date and time shall be decided in collaboration between the Executive and Congress through the Executive Chief of Staff and the President from the Executive and the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate from Congress.
