By the power vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, xLayzur, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:
HALLOWEEN PURGE
1. On this Day the 31st of October 2023 I announce the Commonwealth of Redmont will hold a purge to facilitate the cleansing of the souls of all our citizens. The following crimes committed during the Purge period on the list below shall be pardoned and the Department of Justice shall remove any wanted points.
(1) Public Nuisance
(2) Cheating Act
(3) Serial Killing
(4) Careless Driving
(5) Driving Under the Influence
(6) Violent Disorder
(7) WMD Trafficking
(8) Bank Trespassing
(9) Dispersal Order Breech
(10) Harassment, Alarm, or Distress
(11) Kidnapping
(12) Hostage Holding
(13) Verbal Threats
(14) Drugging
(15) Murder
(16) Attempted Murder
(17) Assault
(18) Bank Robbery
(19) Possession of WMDs
(20) Trespassing
(21) ATM Robbery
(22) NPC Robbery
(23) Intentional Disease Spreading
(24) Drug Trafficking
(25) Incitement
2. The Purge will commence at 6 pm. EST on the 31st of October 2023 and will end 24 hours after its commencement on the 1st of November 2023 at 6 pm EST, Glory to Redmont a nation reborn.
