Executive Order No. 37/2024: Establishing Formal Process for Arts and Artifacts Purchases
By the authority granted to me by the Constitution, I, Unitymaster, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, hereby issue the following Executive Order to ensure accountability and proper management of resources. The following process is established for board members purchasing arts and artifacts for the NEA:Section 1: Authorization to Purchase
- Only NEA board members are authorized to make purchases on behalf of the Endowment.
- Purchases must align with the NEA’s mission to promote and preserve arts and culture within the Commonwealth.
- All purchases must:
- Be within a pre-approved spending limit or receive specific prior approval from the NEA Board.
- Be made with the intention of reimbursement from the NEA Fund.
Section 2: Documentation Requirements
- Photo Evidence:
- A screenshot/photo of the transaction in Minecraft must be taken, clearly showing:
- The purchased item(s).
- The transaction details, including the amount paid.

- Purchase Report:
- The report must include:
- The name of the board member making the purchase.
- A description of the item(s) purchased (e.g., paintings, sculptures, artifacts, books).
- The purchase price.
- A justification for the purchase and how it contributes to the NEA’s mission.
- The report must include:
- Reports and photos must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase.
Section 3: Submission and Reimbursement Process
- Submission:
- Reports and photos must be submitted through the designated NEAFUND cabinet discord channel.
- Reimbursement Approval:
- The NEA board will review the submission for compliance with guidelines.
- Upon approval, reimbursement will be processed within 7 days.
- Reimbursement Denial:
- If a purchase is denied reimbursement, the board member will receive a notification with an explanation.
- The decision may be appealed to the full NEA Board for review.
Section 4: Compliance and Oversight
- All purchases must comply with NEA guidelines.
- Non-compliance may result in suspension of purchasing privileges or other disciplinary actions.
Implementation
This Executive Order is effective immediately upon issuance.“One Vision. One Purpose. One Dream.”
