- Reason for the Appeal: The Plaintiff lied in the court case and the verdict was more than the Defendant earned from selling the items.

The Plaintiff said "The only possible way to enter the plot was the roof." The roof was in fact not the only way into the property as a screenshot taken on February 5th 2022 shows that there was a way in through the side windows. The Plaintiff also stated that this was trespassing however there was no sign at the time and there were no warnings given. The screenshot of the building showing that you can enter from not just the roof has to be provided in court already, I also found out the judge intentionally charged us both 17k as a punishment for doing the crime. Each of the Defendants are supposed to pay $17,445.15 however, the Defendants only gained $16,745.15 from selling at of the items. Their combined amount was the 16k. Through all of this it shows that in fact the Plaintiff not only lied in the court case but, the Judge also gave an unreasonable amount for a Verdict.
