Client Name: Yeet_Boy
Counsel Name: Solid Law Firm
Were you originally the plaintiff or defendant: Plaintiff
Reason for appeal: The lawsuit was dismissed on the grounds that the Plaintiff was attempting to hold the Commonwealth accountable for a private transaction between the Plaintiff and OverlordofPeonys. While this private transaction was mentioned in order to provide a value for the disputed property, it was abundantly clear throughout the Case Filing and the Plaintiff’s response to the Motion to Dismiss that the Plaintiff did not expect a refund from the Commonwealth. Additionally, the DCT is not allowed to evict those who do not meet the qualifications outlined in the Jurisdiction Act (which are not met by my client), so allowing this to happen without hearing this case would be allowing the DCT to blatantly violate the law.
