- Reason for the Appeal: The Previous lawyer went inactive and was unable to deliver justice , so a unfair default judgement was made as the lawyer did not respond in 48 hours , the reason he stated was IRL issues and assignments.
- Additional Information: This is a serious case and we really expect justice from the judicial. My personal view is that a person should not be deprived of justice because his lawyer was busy with assignments but must be given a chance to change the lawyer. We wanna present this case in the Supreme court again so this time justice can be given.

Seeing as plaintiff's original lawyer failed to perform the duty of an attorney, the plaintiff was given unfair council that may have cost the plaintiff their case. The Supreme Court hereby declares a mistrial on case [2022] FCR 65 and the case will be reheard in the Federal Court of Redmont.​
