Increase Opportunities for New Players


The people of Redmont, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:​

1 - Short Title and Enactment
This Act may be cited as the “First Poverty Solutions Initiative Act” or as the “PS1 Act”.
1. This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons

A) Artistic Inspiration

B) Other

1) President Krix’s urban renewal project is a perfect opportunity to involve new and poor players in the development process.

2) Create monetary incentives for players to help the government with its projects.

3) This seed money to revive and reform the DC Tenders Program will go a long way in helping struggling players find a way to financial prosperity.

3 – Funding

A conditional appropriation of $8,500 shall be made from the DC Government balance to the Department of Education and Commerce. Funding will be granted upon the agreement to revive the DC Supply Tenders Program

4 – Terms

1. The DEC shall use this funding towards the Supply Tenders Program

2. In conjunction with the DCT, the DEC shall explore the possibility of modernizing the DC Supply Tenders program by expanding the range of tasks possible (ie. Redstone projects, pre-construction supply gathering, etc.)

It will be a nay - I definetly love the idea, though, as Representative Endeavour said, the budget has already been wraped up.
