COMPLAINT

The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

Never before has Redmont seen such injustice carried out against so many who have done so little. On February 5th, a heinous and morally reprehensible terrorist attack was executed against the Outer Redmont Communities, a peaceful assembly of Redmont citizens in the wild. The attack, heartbreaking and monstrously cruel in nature, was subsequently blamed against the GER, who were entirely innocent in the affair. This was a brazen lie that was formulated as a sinister attempt to drive a rift between two friendly political organizations.. These acts were planned, executed, and enjoyed by the most radical, violent, reprehensibly toxic elements of our society. These acts, and the people that perpetrated them, are direct enemies of democracy, and of the spirit of Redmont and the common good.. The Galactic Empire of Redmont and the Workers' Party of Redmont file this joint legal action in an attempt to gain some relief for that day, but the memory of what happened can never be erased.

I. PARTIES
1. Galactic Empire of Redmont (Co-Plaintiff)
2. Workers' Party of Redmont (Co-Plaintiff)
3. Jabolko (Defendant)
4. LiveLaughToaster (Defendant)
5. Vernicia (Defendant)

II. FACTS
1. On February 5th, 2025, between 4:10pm and 4:50pm EST a group of people, including Jabolko and LiveLaughToaster (previously MikeOxlonger1), launched an organized and targeted attack against the town of Anville, which is part of the Outer Redmont Communities.

2. The attackers used invisibility potions to try to remain anonymous while carrying out the destruction. During the confusion, the attackers identities were unknown, and it was only after the attack that the true perpetrators were discovered.

3. The attack led to the destruction of nearly every building in the town, a great loss of materials, and severe real-life emotional distress for the Anville community that no reasonable person should be expected to bear. The repairs took many dozens if not hundreds of manpower hours of work by a large team of people, even with outside assistance and material relief. The initial community outrage was massive, and if it were not discovered to be a false flag the reputation damage against the GER would have been irreparable.

4. During the raid, the defendants left banners depicting the logo of the Galactic Empire of Redmont (GER) all over the destroyed town as an attempted false-flag attack.

5. Neither the GER as a whole, its leadership, or its members were involved in the attack in any way.

6. At the time of the attack, the Anville community was constituted solely of members of the Workers’ Party of Redmont (WPR), which has a long-standing alliance with the GER. Thus, the false-flag attempt was both a play to divert blame for the attack as well as to drive a wedge between the two innocent parties.

7. Vernicia coordinated with the defendants in carrying out the attack, encouraged the false-flag attempt, and provided funding.

8. One of the perpetrators of the attack (who shall remain anonymous for safety) came forward with information regarding what had happened behind the scenes in the lead-up to the attack. This individual’s identity is protected under the Whistleblower Protections Act 2020. Thus, evidence containing their name has been altered to ensure their anonymity.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The No More Defamation Act defines defamation as:

"a false statement and/or communication that injures a third party's reputation. The tort of defamation includes both libel and slander."
The same act defines libel as:
"A method of defamation expressed by documents, signs, published media, or any communication embodied in physical form that is injurious to a person's reputation, exposes a person to public hatred, contempt or ridicule, or injures a person in his/her business, profession or organization."
Placing GER banners during the attacks was an outrageous attempt at blaming the GER organization for the harm, which defamed the reputation of the GER within the Anville community and the WPR, and had the potential to do so to the public at large. Thus, the defendants (Jabolko and LiveLaughToaster) committed libel, and Vernicia was an accomplice and willing perpetrator as well.

2. The Miscellaneous Offenses Act defines incitement as:
The attempt to coax or encourage someone to break the law.
As Vernicia encouraged the false-flag attack by coordinating it, helping to plan it, and providing funding and materials, she incited the other defendants to libel.

3. The Wilderness Laws Clarification 3.0 Act defines what laws apply in the wilderness as follows:
(1) The following laws apply in the wilderness on claimed regions only.
(a) Animal Murder
(b) Animal Theft
(c) Pet Overcrowding
(d) Villager Murder
(e) All laws regarding wilderness bases/claims hereby apply to the wilderness.

(2) The following laws do not apply anywhere in the wilderness:
(a) Murder; Attempted Murder; Assault; Serial Killing
(b) Kidnapping; Hostage Holding
(c) Buffing; Illicit Substance Possession; Illicit Substance Trafficking
(d) Illicit Arms Trafficking; Weapon of Mass Destruction Possession; Weapon of Mass Destruction Trafficking
(e) Harassment, Alarm, or Distress; Violent Disorder
(f) Illegal Locking
(g) Trespass

(3) Any/all laws not listed in this act hereby apply anywhere in the wilderness.
Thus, defamation, libel, and incitement, all apply anywhere in the wilderness.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:

1. $40,000 in consequential damages from each defendant for loss of enjoyment in Redmont. More than one member of the WPR expressed a sincere desire to leave the server entirely following the false-flag attack. The WPR community experienced an all-time low morale and motivation to engage with the server due to the rampant and outrageous toxicity and disregard for others showcased by the defendants.

2. $20,000 in consequential damages from each defendant for emotional damages. The confusion and chaos caused by the attack, in no small part due to the uncertain status of the true perpetrators, caused genuine emotional distress and in some cases physical ailment for all affected parties on a level that is entirely unprecedented and unreasonable to expect any person to endure.

3. $40,000 in punitive damages from each defendant for the ridiculous and outrageous conduct carried out in blaming a heinous terrorist attack on an entirely innocent and unrelated party. This behavior flies in the face of the spirit of honest politics in Redmont, and should be harshly corrected by the court.

4. $90,000 in legal fees for the incredible amount of work and effort required in representing the co-plaintiffs in court.
