Amend the constitution​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This bill may be cited as the "Constitutional Official Removal Amendment"
(2) This bill will be enacted immediately upon signage
(3) This bill was penned by Representative BubbaRC

2 - Reasoning
Constitutionally the people have the right to remove ALL government officials however there is no mechanism to remove judicial or cabinet members

3 - Cabinet Amendments
Under section III of the constitution the following shall be added "should the president or vice president be found unfit for office the people may start a petition to remove them, at 40 signages the petition goes to the senate, should the senate vote a supermajority it will move to referendum, should the referendum have 95% of the people whom voted aye it the official in question shall be removed from office"
