To
Establish Appropriations for the Month of June​

The residents of Willow, through their elected representatives in the Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the people through the Willow Constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the June Appropriations Act
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by NotPhunky

2 - Reasons
(1) We need money to spend

3 - Appropriations
(1) Departments will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance:

(a) Office of Town Development: 20,000
(b) Office of Business: 20,000
(c) Office of Public Relations: 20,000
(d) Office of Residence: 20,000
(e) Office of the Sheriff: 20,000

(2) Fiscal Accounts
All the Department money will be stored in the DCGovernmentWL account, when it is operational. Until then it will be stored in the db company "willow"

(3) Spending Regulation
(a) Public Money is not to be appropriated by Department Heads for the purposes of employee bonuses.
(4) Structured productivity competitions where there is proven tangible performance like 'Staff Member of the Month' are exempt, however no more than $5,000 can be allocated to these competitions per month, per Department.
