COMPLAINT
The Government has not committed to the Rights of Criminals Act passed back on June 21st, 4 months ago. The rights of the criminal are being infringed.
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I. PARTIES
1. Matthew100x
2. The Government of D.C.
II. FACTS
1. The Government passed a bill that allowed prisoners to speak locally on June 21st.
2. The Government has not made this change for the prison.
3. Prisoners are unable to talk to each other to pass their time in prison.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The Rights of Criminal Act must immediately be enforced so that players can speak in local while in jail.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. The government should give some form of restitution for illegally silencing players for months.
2. Allow People to talk in Jail.
