Provide Basic Universal Healthcare​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Medicare Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Rep. MathTech.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Rep. AsexualDinosaur.

2 - Reasons
(1) To ensure the health of the nation.
(2) To simplify the treatment process for both doctors and patients.
(3) Currently, some cures not covered by Medicare cost citizens upwards of $20, despite the material cost being less than a quarter of a dollar.

3 - Medicare
(1) Medicare is a healthcare coverage program sponsored by the Federal Government
(a) All costs from Medicare shall be paid for by the DCGovernmentDOH account.
(2) All players are entitled to Medicare
(3) Medicare is an opt-out program rather than an opt-in program.
(4) Medicare shall cover the full cost of treatment for all illnesses.
