Restructure Minimum Pay​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Minimum Commission Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted one week after its signage to allow for companies to transition.

2 - Reasons
(1) No one pays minimum wage as it hardly applies to Minecraft and incentives taking a long time to produce very little. Minimum wage is a fundamentally bad way to pay people. What I would instead propose (something that’s actually enforceable in Minecraft), is a minimum commission.

3 - Terms
(1) All laws and regulations related to Minimum Wage are, from henceforth, only to apply to service jobs, not supplier jobs.
(2) All businesses, both unregistered and registered companies, must pay at least 50% their sale price of a good when purchasing it from suppliers.
(3) If the business acquires materials that are then processed into a final good, the combined value that input goods are acquired for must be at least 50% the final sale value of the finished product.
(4) Subsections 2 and 3 of this bill apply only to chestshops.

2 - Reasons
This is an unreasonable expectation of businesses and regulates the market beyond what is required.

3 - Rescind
The Minimum Commission Act is rescinded in full.
