Regulate Plots​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Plots Limit Act March 2021"
(2) This act shall take effect upon signage

2- Reasons: The City of Hamilton has been struggling lately with the amount of commercial plots available, and that's why this bill is created so we can make sure that no ones creates a monopoly of commercial plots, leaving the newcomers and the small businesses without the opportunity of owning at least 1 plot. This will also decrease the need of expansion that we have so often.

3 - Changes in the Section VI: "Property and Building Regulations" of the Rules and Laws Document:
(1) Point "6.13. Commercial Plots Limit" added
(2) "Citizens will be only allowed to own up to 6 Commercial Plots in Hamilton City. Companies can only own up to 6 Commercial Plots in Hamilton City. Those 2 clauses affect one another, meaning this that if a company owner owns 2 Commercial Plot, the Company can only own 4 Commercial Plots." is added following point (1)
(3) "The extra plot/s will be evicted immediately."

4 - Changes in the Section I : "Types of Reports" Point 5: "Eviction Report" of the Building Inspector Protocol Document:
(1) "Player has been inactive for one month; has been permanently banned; and or the plot has been empty for 2 or more weeks." Changes to "(1) Player has been inactive for one month; has been permanently banned; and or the plot has been empty for 2 or more weeks."
(2) The following sub-point is added: "(2) The Player owns more than 6 commercial plots (the Building Inspector will ask the owner which plots prefers to be evicted. If the owner does not give an answer, the plots to be evicted will be from the most cheap to the most expensive one based on what the plot cost to the owner. If all the plots cost the same, the plots to be evicted will be at the Building Inspector discretion)."
