Amend the Property Definitions Foundation Act​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the "Property Definitions Foundation Act Amendment August 2021(Allowance of Farms in Industrial Plots Act)" or "PDFA Amendment August 2021 (AFIP Act)"
(2) This act shall take effect upon signage
(3) This act is co-authored by xerxesmc and co-sponsored by ReinausPrinzzip
(4) This bill amends the Property Definitions


2 - Reasons
Industrial Plots are meant to have production facilities and farms are production facilities, so companies need farms to produce some of the products they sell. With the current restrictions, we can expect some of these companies moving some of their production to the wilderness. With the abolition of this regulation, we can promote companies to keep their productions out of the wilderness.

3 - Amendment

“You are not allowed to have farms on your plot unless they are underground or hidden”

Changes to

“You are not allowed to have farms on your commercial and/or residential plots unless they are underground or hidden”

Nay - this implies that players can use industrial plots within urban areas to farm on. This circumvents the purpose of F plots.
