The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Realtor Act”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2 - Purpose
(1) It is perceived that Realtors are allowed to own multiple residential plots, and the Real Estate License also allows such, however exceptions granted by the DEC are not codified within law, leaving confusion for both Realtors and Building Inspectors.
(2) The purpose of this bill is to provide clarifications to the Realtor job.
3 - Realtor Job
(1) Anyone with the Realtor job may:
(a) Be exempt from the standard restriction of amount of residential or commercial plots.
(b) Be subject to the restrictions of plots by the Department of Education and Commerce Realtor benefits.
4 - Real Estate License
(1) The Department of Education and Commerce may approve Real Estate Licenses for businesses with a realtor in them.
(2) The oversight of the license will be at the Department of Education and Commerce’s discretion.
(3) The Department of Education and Commerce may revoke the real estate license at any time.
(4) The owner of a business who has a Real Estate License may:
(a) Be exempt from the standard restriction of amount of residential or commercial plots.
