Allow players to live on farm plots
The residents of Willow, through their elected representatives in the Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the people through the Willow Constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Residential Farms Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by TheReal42Person.
2 - Reasons
(1) As Willow no longer has residential plots, players need a place to live.
(2) It is currently illegal to live on a farm plot, this act seeks to change that.
(3) Players must be allowed to own more than one residential plot.
3 - Repealed By-Laws
(1) The following by-laws are hereby repealed:
(a) Farm Plot Limitations Act
(b) Plot Ownership Act
4 - Plot Limitations For Willow
(1) Players may own/rent up to three (3) farm plots in Willow (wl-f###).
(2) Players may own/rent up to two (2) commercial plots in Willow (wl-c### or wl-cbd###).
5 - Buyable Farms
(1) If a player wishes to reside on their farm plot, they may open a ticket with the Town of Willow to turn their farm plot from a rentable plot into a buyable plot.
(a) The Mayor shall determine a price fit for the plot.
(b) TRANSITION CLAUSE: Any player who formerly owned a residential plot within Willow before the renovation project is entitled to a free buyable farm plot.
