Set Punishments for Resisting Arrest to Reasonable Rates

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Resistance Modification Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) Authored by Former Representative 218218Consumer, proposed by Outpacing

2 - Reasons for Proposal
The punishment for resisting arrest, modified by the Incremental Resistance Act, is too severe. A person could easily be charged several hundreds of dollars in fines for logging off to eat dinner. I made a mistake in setting such a strict penalty.

3 - Purpose
(1) The punishment for Resisting Arrest shall be changed to “Per offense: $60 fine plus an additional $10 for every 10 minutes in which arrest was resisted, capped at $600.”

I actually think that the law for resisting arrest is good enough, $60 fine works well.
