RESOLUTION
TO

Leave the United Nations


The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act May be cited as the ‘REXIT RESOLUTION’
(2)This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage
(3)This Act has been authored by: Rep. DocTheory
(4)This Act has been co-sponsored by: BezzerGeezer

2 - Reasons
(1)The United Nations is a relic of what could have been a more connected system of servers with opportunities of RP, but those servers have demonstrated time and time again that they are not willing to cooperate with Redmont. The UN has failed to benefit DC and they have failed to promote the main point of it, which is rp. Which leads me to believe its no longer of any use to remain a member.

3 - Terms
(1) upon this bills signage Redmont will no longer be a Member of The United Nations
(2) The DCT shall Evict and vault all Embassies
(3) severing ties with all members of UN this includes; Republic of Stratham, Democratic Republic of Vindex Nation, Federation of Harlon, WIPU

Ask not how the UN has failed us, but how we have failed the UN. This resolution should be directed at the DOS and DPA being better, and not us leaving a union which costs us nothing to be part of.

I must agree with End here, leaving the UN is a terrible idea. It costs us nothing and is a great way for international cooperation. Think of all the opportunities we have here. Let's strive towards reviving this potential filled organization instead!
