I. COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
Sicspoti logged onto the server and saw that their csn history had gathered more sales than usual. They have an employees-only area where employees could sell to chest shops, that run directly to Sicspoti's balance rather than to Sicspoti's company. Sicspoti checked who it was, and noticed that they didn't hire this person (Lovreplays). They checked the plot and the doors to make sure that they never added the person to either of them and sure enough, Lovreplays was not. It was made known to Sicspoti that there was a way to enter the area via the windowpane exploit, and by enderpearling through the door.

II. FACTS
1. Lovreplays used an exploit glitch to get into Sicspoti's plot.
2. Lovreplays sold items to Sicspoti in an employees-only area
3. Lovreplays is not an employee of Sicspotis business

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Lovreplays sold items to Sicspoti's chests, which were in an employee-only area. This directly affected Sicpoti's balance.


IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $1,500 for the entire amount was stolen by Loverplays to be refunded.
2. $150 for legal fees

Evidence:
Evidence of Lovreplays selling items to the Plaintiffs chests

Evidence of plot ownership

Evidence of Employees area

Evidence doors are locked

WRIT OF SUMMONS

The court hereby summons Defendant, Lovreplays, to the court of The Commonwealth of Redmont. If they do not respond within 24 hours, a default judgment will be made in favor of the plaintiff.

The agreement of compensation was not made until after the case was filed.
Therefore, I retract the $150 legal fee request from this lawsuit.

I. PLAINTIFF’S POSITION
1. Plaintiff claims, Lovreplays used an exploit glitch to get into Sicspoti's plot.
2. Plaintiff claims, Lovreplays sold items to Sicspoti in an employees-only area
3. Plaintiff claims, Lovreplays is not an employee of Sicspotis business


II. DEFENDANTS POSITION
1. Failed to appear before the courts.


III. THE COURT OPINION
1. The Defendant failed to appear before the court to defend themselves in this case.
2. The evidence provided to the courts proves the defendant did not have access to the plot, as they were not a member of the plots.
3. The Plaintiff has failed to prove if they did in fact "glitched" into the employee-only area, however, the defendant failed to appear to refute this.


IV. DECISION
The Court hereby adjourns this case in favor of the Defendant. All claims for relief shall be awarded to the Plaintiff ( Sicspoti )

The court orders the Department of Justice to:
(a) Fine Lovreplays $1,500
(b) Award Sicspoti $1,500
