Create a small businesses area in markets​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the " Small Businesses in Markets Act March 2021"
(2) This act shall take effect upon signage

2 - This bill is meant to help small businesses to promote themselves in markets.

2 - The Congress urges the DCT to make that all the markets in Hamilton City have an area of 3-4 stands (at the DCT discretion) that only small businesses will be allowed to rent. (Small businesses are considered those with a value of $20k or less).
