COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

During the past days, the defendant has slandered numerous times the SPP. He has said that the party has caused deflation, that we are corrupt and finally that we have paid business owners to make things in their stores cheaper so there is deflation. However, the defendant never showed any proof that backed up his claims.

II. FACTS
1. The Defendant slandered the plaintiff
2. The Defendant dosent have any sort of proof.
3. The public image of the plaintiff got affected by these messages.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The Defendant Slandered the Plaintiff by saying that they are corrupt and caused deflation.
2. The Defendant Slandered the Plaintiff by breaking the law of Slander: A purposeful false statement of a player to cause damage to that player's reputation.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $400 in legal fees
2. $100 in compensation

WRIT OF SUMMONS

FTGWop is required to appear before the court in the case of the Socialist Party of the People v. FTGWop, case number [2022] DCR 1. Failure to appear within 48 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff.

I'd also like to remind both parties to be aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.​

Verdict

Because the defendant has plead guilty, this court is ruling in favor of the Plaintiff. I hereby order the DOJ to fine the Defendant, FTGWop $500 and unfine the Plaintiff the same amount.
