COMPLAINT
The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:
On May 13th, 2024, Dragonfly opened a DOJ ticket reporting the defendant, Lawanoesepr, for trafficking elixirs. As evidence, Dragonfly provided a video showing the defendant distributing illegal elixirs at spawn. The defendant is a known member of the gang "1008ers" and serves as an elixir maker and dealer for the gang.
I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
- Lawanoesepr is a member of the gang "1008ers" and acts as an elixir dealer for the group.
- Lawanoesepr creates illegal elixirs, sells them, and distributes them for free.
III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
- Illicit Substance Trafficking: The Defendant is charged with the act of selling, distributing, and/or trafficking substances deemed illicit. Specifically, the Defendant was observed handing out illegal elixirs at spawn.
IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
- For the count of Illicit Substance Trafficking, the DOJ requests a fine of $8,000 and 30 minutes of jail time.
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
