To

Create The National Attorney Agency


The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:


1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the ”Creation of Thr National Attorney Agency''.

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.


2 - Responsibilities

(1)Regulate Attorneys on the Server through a Board headed by the Solicitor General who would act as Chair of the Board and approve additions to the Board.


Note:

Members of the Board must have the Lawyer Class A

qualification, to qualify for promotion to the Board.



(2)Regulate and approve Public Defendant Requests.


Note:

Public Defendant Requests will be a available to poorer players on the server with a net worth less than 1500$.


(3)The Board has the sole power to promote/demote Attorneys on the Server, the ranks to begin with are as follows:

Class A: Barrister

Class B: Attorney

Class C: Solicitor


Note:

Class A is the Highest Rank, Then Class B and then Class C.


(4)The Solicitor Exam is to be regulated and run by the Board.


3 -Changing Attorney General to Solicitor General.

1.Solicitor General:

(a)Nominated by the President and approved by Congress.


(b)Can Only be removed by either Congress through an impeachment process.


(c)There is no term limit on this position.


(d)The Solicitor General leads the Department and is Chair of the Board, the Solicitor General Appoints members to the Board to help in the running of the agency.


Modification:

This Position is the Attorney General but modified, and is no longer a member of the Executive Branch and is instead a member of the Judicial Branch of Government .


Note:

The Solicitor General may only Act as an Attorney for the Government they may not prosecute or Defend for any other private parties or organizations.```

4-Powers of the Board

(1)The Board controls all internal powers as it is self governing


(2)The Board can create roles for itself and can

decided how the Agency Operates as a whole.


(3)The Board can also remove Attorneys Qualification as a whole but must have approval from a majority of the Judges on the Court to do this .


Note:

(1)All Attorneys are automatically part of the Agency and are subject to its rules and regulations.


(2)This Agency will be independent but within the Judicial Branch of Government.

- The executive needs a legal advisory to assist the President and Cabinet.
- The state needs a prosecutor and defender.
- On the advice of the former Attorney General.
- Unnecessary change to role priorities. (Point 3)
- Administration and logistics of running the board may inhibit player progression.

I don’t see a point in having 3 different exams on the server with no requirements you don’t need to be legally minded to use google or the forums making most of them redundant in the current system I wanted to give value to each position as it’s actually hard to abtain
