The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

I. PARTIES
1. The Plaintiff - theonenatr (The Lovely Law Firm Representing)

II. FACTS
1. The defendant killed the plaintiff multiple times without a reason
2. The plaintiff was killed 3 times which could lead to emotional damages
3. The defendant killed other people near spawn without a reason
4. The defendant killed players with a bow to bypass the coroner report

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Murder is defined as "the act of unlawfully killing another player" which the defendant did multiple times
2. According to the case Westray v. SpriteTropical (Case No. 07-2020-02) and affirmed in Agentluc05 v. Burgermasterm (Case No. 08-2020-02), an individual may may be awarded civil damages due to repeated murders.
3. In the case of Agentluc05 v. Burgermasterm, the court affirms the precedent set in Westray v. SpriteTropical by allowing proceedings to continue, thereby cementing multiple homicide as a valid claim for civil damages.
4. The repeated murders caused emotional damages and are akin to stalking and harassment, and as precedents shows, that is grounds for a civil lawsuit

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $1500 for emotional damages
2. $1000 in legal fees

Verdict

Since the Defendant failed to appear in Court within the 48 hours, I am required to adjourn a default judgement. I won't be giving the full Prayer of Relief because its too exaggerated. I conclude that the that the Defendant is required to pay a compensation of in total 900 dollars. I ask the DoJ to overview this compensation.
The case is now adjourned
