Make Neglect a crime punishable by law
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Neglect Amendment Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2 - Reasons for Proposal
I feel people should be punished for breaking the law.
3 - Terms
Old
Neglect
The keeping of a villager in less than a 3x3 area.
No punishment.
New
Neglect
The act of holding a villager in less than a 3 x 3 area
First Offence: Fine of $100 per violation and a 24 hour timeframe to comply with the law before this escalates to a second offence
Second Offence: Fine of $200 per violation, 10 minutes jail time, and 24 hours to comply with the law before this escalates to a third offence
Third Offence: Fine of $300 per violation, 30 minutes jail time
As well as changing Neglect from a rule to a law
