The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the Constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Wilderness Laws Clarification 3.0 Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative TheReal42Person.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Sen. v__d.
2 - Reasons
(1) The Wilderness Laws Clarification Act did not clarify which laws apply.
(2) The act is outdated, the second version was rejected.
(3) This act seeks to clarify and amend the Laws page and any confusion around which laws apply or do not apply in the wilderness.
3 - Repealed
(1) The Wilderness Laws Clarification Act is hereby repealed.
4 - Clarification of Laws
(1) The following laws apply in the wilderness on claimed regions only.
(a) Animal Murder
(b) Animal Theft
(c) Pet Overcrowding
(d) Villager Murder
(e) All laws regarding wilderness bases/claims hereby apply to the wilderness.
(2) The following laws do not apply anywhere in the wilderness:
(a) Murder; Attempted Murder; Assault; Serial Killing
(b) Kidnapping; Hostage Holding
(c) Buffing; Illicit Substance Possession; Illicit Substance Trafficking
(d) Illicit Arms Trafficking; WOMD Possession; WOMD Trafficking
(e) Harassment, Alarm, or Distress; Violent Disorder
(f) Locking Items
(3) Any/all laws not listed in this act hereby apply anywhere in the wilderness.
5 - Laws Message
“Players are unable to mine, grief or construct 500 blocks from the City;
You are allowed to claim up to 4096 blocks of land in the wilderness, which disallows other players to grief you;
Unless given permission, your region needs to be at least 20 blocks away from another player’s region;
It costs $10/block to claim land in the Wild and Regions in the wild. Where the owner is inactive for more than 4 months the Department of Interior will have the region deleted. This will not be vaulted. To see which laws apply in the wilderness, please see the Wilderness Laws Clarification 3.0 Act (link).”
6 - Wilderness Message
(1) The message you get when you enter the wilderness/leave an airstrip will hereby state the following:
“You are entering the wilderness. You can now PvP and break/place blocks. Rules apply, most laws do not.”
