Repealed due to the Update the Health and Medical Offenses Act

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Contagious Clarification Act”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2 - Purpose
(1) The purpose of this bill is to provide clarity to the refusal of treatment of a contagious disease.
(2) The purpose of this bill is to additionally provide clarity amid the ancient case of JB3335 v. Mebis, in which the defendant was found not guilty, simply on the basis of defining what a "timely manner" is.
3 - Repeals
(1) Hereby repeal and rescinds the "DONKEY KONG Act"
4 - Terms
(1) Contagious Diseases listed under the Medical Laws will be redefined as:
Contagious Diseases
The transmitting of a disease to another player, the refusal to follow health directives to contain a disease, or the refusal of treatment of a contagious disease in a timely manner.
Per Offence: The player will be detained, fined for the cost of cure, as well as an additional fine of $20. The player may also be liable for others’ health costs should they be responsible for transmitting the disease - this can be disputed in court.
